Directly responsible for generation of sales for the entity, including managing all facets of the marketing and sales program. Generate interest from new avenues and partnerships, as well as grow and retain existing clients by presenting new solutions and services. This position entails everything from early market research to marketing initiatives and sales programs, as well as ongoing engagement with prospective partners.

Business Development & Marketing
• Drive sales to meet corporate initiatives and budget requirements
• Plan and oversee marketing initiatives and sales programs required to meet the sales targets
• Identify new partners and their decision makers to turn potential new channels into increased business
• Create a robust pipeline by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network and all related sales initiatives
• Generate new business by attending industry events, including building and managing relationship with key stakeholders (e.g., GOAA and Disney)
• Communicate a consistent Sunshine Flyer brand that enhances market visibility and awareness and drives customers to the entity
• Develop new ways to generate business and manage ongoing activities of our marketing, digital advertising, and PR partners
• Follow up with past weaknesses to build strong solutions
• Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
• Assist and follow up with hotel and vendor partners to create new opportunities

Other Qualifications and Requirements
• Proven work experience as a business development manager, marketing manager, or relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Hospitality and travel industry experience required; Disney experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Education
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of sales or marketing experience; MBA and or CMP a plus
