Summary:
Our customer service team drives the customer's satisfaction with Sunshine Flyer, providing a full range of support to resolve guest inquiries or concerns. The position is a limited hybrid with most of your time working remotely. Initial training, meetings, and continuous education would be in the Sunshine Flyer, Orlando office. We are covering a 24/7 schedule, and the shifts will include nights and weekends. Reports to Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities:
· Respond to questions about Sunshine Flyer regarding reservations, modifications, and frequently asked questions.
· Update the reservation system to include correct routes, hotels, information, and booking options
· Work with other team members stationed throughout the guest's journey
· Assist managers, supervisors, and team members in any reasonable capacity that may not be listed above


Qualifications/Requirements:
· At least one-year previous experience in call center/ customer service/ booking systems
· Typing skills of 25-35 wpm
· Maintains a professional appearance
· Ability to work as a part of a team
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work long hours while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
· Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
· Ability to use basic functions of Excel and TMS' database
· Ability to assist customers and vendors over the phone, email, text, and other channels.
· Spanish bi-lingual a plus


Working Conditions:
· Ability to work 8-12 hours shifts while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
· Be willing to work weekends and nights as directed.
· Includes frequent answering of phones and data entry in TMS office
