Summary:
Our Service Team keeps satisfaction high by being real-time assistance with items that may impact our guest's journey. Answer Customer's questions and address issues directly impacted by Sunshine Flyer service and operations and in need of an immediate response. Provide a full range of support to resolve customer inquiries or concerns. Reports to Customer Service Manager.


Our team is top caliber. Priority is set on compensation, training, and company culture, with a focus on guest satisfaction.


Responsibilities:
• Respond to questions regarding bus location, missed bus, lost items, and delayed flights coming into the Sunshine Flyer contact center
• Give detailed, personalized, friendly, and polite service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Listen to customer needs or issues and provide helpful, timely solutions
• Identifies and escalates priority issues to management
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from customers
• Work with other team members stationed throughout the customer's journey
• Assist managers, supervisors, and team members in any reasonable capacity that may not be listed above


Qualifications/Requirements:
• At least one year experience in call center/ customer service/ booking systems
• Typing skills from 25-35 wpm
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Call center/ customer service/ booking systems preferred
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work long hours while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Ability to use basic functions of Excel and TMS' database
• Ability to assist customers and vendors over the phone, email, and other channels.


Working Conditions:
• Ability to work 8-12 hours shifts while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
• Open to working nights and weekends
• Must be able to work on-site in Orlando, FL for operations and provide your own transportation.
• Includes frequent answering of phones and data entry in Sunshine Flyer office
